4. What we can help with

The app — trouble signing in, an OTP that does not arrive, something not loading, or a bug.
Membership — applying to join, or an application still awaiting the samiti's approval.
Your profile — correcting something, or changing what the directory shows of you.
Donations — a receipt, or a question about a contribution to one of the trust's drives.
Content — asking us to take down a photograph or a business listing.
Privacy — seeing what we hold about you, correcting it, or deleting your account.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the app — Profile → Delete my account. Full details, and what to do if you can no longer sign in, are on the Delete Your Account page.

6. Response time

We are a volunteer-run samiti, so please allow a few days for a reply. Requests about your personal data under section 7 of our Privacy Policy are answered within 30 days.
